We recently implemented the Tour 69 100% Guest Satisfaction Guarantee,
an innovative program created by the owner and founder of Tour 69 Adult
Vacations.
As part of the Tour 69 100% Guest Satisfaction Guarantee program, every
resort employee has undergone "Making It Right" training. This training
program focuses on educating employees to take personal responsibility for
the vacation experience of every guest on property.
"If a guest is not happy, and any of our employees becomes aware of the
situation, `Making It Right' training prescribes that the employee personally
rectify the situation or find the appropriate manager who can assist with the

It's important to have a training program that reinforces our longstanding
commitment to customer service and our property-wide belief that each
person who stays at the resort has the right to our undivided attention. So
far this year, we have seen an 82 percent return rate, which means we are
doing something right.

totally responsive to the needs of our clients -- whether that means a single

Should a guest remain dissatisfied with all attempts to resolve a problem,
managers have further been given the authority to invoke the Tour 69
100% Guest Satisfaction Guarantee. By invoking the guarantee, the guest
will be given full credit for the service in question.
